About SunWorx Solar Services
Solar Care Built Around Protection, Maintenance, and Honest Service
SunWorx Solar Services was founded by Micah McManama to give Arizona property owners a reliable company focused on caring for and protecting existing solar systems.
We specialize in the work that often gets overlooked after solar panels are installed. That includes professional solar panel cleaning, critter guard installation, solar bird proofing, bird remediation, solar protection systems, and ongoing maintenance.
Our goal is simple: help customers keep their solar panels clean, protected, and easier to maintain.

A Hands-On Local Solar Service Company
SunWorx Solar Services is a locally owned and operated solar service company in Arizona focused on providing personal, hands-on service. Micah remains involved in the day-to-day operations, giving customers a direct point of contact from the initial estimate through the completed job.
We serve homeowners, commercial properties, property managers, and HOAs throughout the East Valley, with a primary focus on Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, and nearby communities.
Whether we are cleaning a residential solar array, removing bird-related debris, installing critter guards, or adding protection from stray golf balls, we approach each property based on the actual condition of the system and what the customer needs.
What We Specialize In
Our work centers on maintaining and protecting solar systems after installation.
Arizona panels are constantly exposed to dust, pollen, bird droppings, monsoon debris, hard water residue, and other environmental buildup.
We clean solar panels using deionized purified water, soft-bristle brushes, water-fed pole systems, and manufacturer-safe techniques without soaps or harsh chemicals.
Birds and rodents can use the shaded space beneath solar panels for shelter and nesting.
We install black PVC-coated galvanized steel mesh using non-invasive J-hook clips to help prevent birds, pigeons, doves, roof rats, and other rodents from accessing the space beneath the array.New critter guard installations include a 5-year workmanship warranty.
When birds have already moved beneath a solar system, simply blocking the opening is not always enough.
Our team can address existing nests, debris, contamination, and damaged protection before helping secure the solar array against future intrusion.
For homes near golf courses, driving ranges, and other areas where airborne impacts are a concern, we also install SolarNets™.
These custom-designed protection systems create a barrier above the solar panels to help reduce the risk of direct golf ball impacts while maintaining access for cleaning and maintenance.
Why We Do Things Differently
Solar panels are a major part of a property, but ongoing care should not be complicated.
We focus on practical service, clear communication, and work that is appropriate for the system in front of us.
That means using panel-safe cleaning methods, non-invasive critter guard attachments, rooftop safety procedures, and equipment designed specifically for solar service work.
It also means keeping customers informed. We provide before-and-after photos, point out visible concerns when we find them, and make maintenance recommendations when something may need attention.
We do not believe every customer needs the same service. Our job is to assess the situation, explain what we see, and recommend what makes sense.

Built for Arizona Solar Systems
Arizona creates its own challenges for solar panels.
Dust storms, monsoon debris, intense sun, bird activity, roof pests, pollen, and nearby trees can all affect the condition of a solar array over time.
That local environment is a major part of how we approach our work.
Rather than offering a generic solar maintenance service, we focus on the problems we see repeatedly across East Valley properties and use methods suited to those conditions.
What Customers Can Expect From SunWorx
When you work with SunWorx Solar Services, you can expect straightforward communication, professional rooftop service, and a team that takes the condition of your solar system seriously.
We offer free estimates and consultations, and standard solar panel cleaning appointments generally do not require a deposit or service call fee.
Our company is insured, and customers can contact us by phone, text, or through our website.
Most importantly, we want customers to know what work was completed and why it mattered.
